I screwed up...

I really pissed off my girlfriend. I'm not quite sure how. We're a little down on money, and I'm really depressed, so I went out and bought a cheap, very cheap, case of beer. I woke her up, and now she doesn't even want to talk to me. I don't know how to fix the situation... I've never pissed her off so much that she won't even talk to me. Fuck!
